John has has over 18 years of experience in construction. Currently serving as President and CEO of Lyles Mechanical Co., he is responsible for all company safety, estimating, contract negotiations, purchasing, and construction management. His experience includes a wide breadth of heavy/civil activities, such as foundation work, grading and paving, site concrete, structural concrete, wet and dry pipeline work, equipment/plant work as well as extensive irrigation facility installations.

Paul has over 35 years of experience in construction. Over 30 years of that time has been in supervisory, management and administrative positions for civil, concrete, piping, and general contracting disciplines. Paul has worked in all facets of the industry beginning as a Field Engineer, Project Manager, District Manger, and Senior Vice-President of Lyles Mechanical Co. His recent accomplishments have included design and project management of two 40MMGPY ethanol plants in California.
